bdbt Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bdbt" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at https://bdbt.io, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile web interface, software, and all related services made available by bdbt.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdbt Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the bdbt Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by bdbt to a Player.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transaction currency on the bdbt Platform.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market available on the Platform, which supplement these Terms and Conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by bdbt before processing withdrawals or at any other point bdbt deems appropriate.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone in which bdbt operates its support and customer services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdbt. By completing the registration process, logging into your Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the bdbt Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

Your acceptance also extends to bdbt's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any Game Rules applicable to the games or markets you use. These documents are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and form part of the entire agreement between you and bdbt.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or are acting as an agent for another person, you represent that you have the full authority to bind that person to these Terms. In such cases, both you and the third party are jointly and individually bound.

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the bdbt Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. bdbt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bdbt Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation and for complying with all applicable local laws. bdbt makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. bdbt may verify any information you provide against third-party databases or by requesting documentary evidence.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bdbt Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a serious breach of these Terms. In the event of duplicate Account detection, bdbt reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all Balances held therein, and ban the relevant individual from future registration.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account. bdbt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

bdbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) provision of false or misleading registration information; (c) suspected fraudulent activity; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (e) reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity; (f) at the request of a Player exercising self-exclusion rights.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdbt may notify the Account holder by email before applying an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to the Account Balance. Where the Balance reaches zero, the Account will be archived. Reactivation is possible by contacting [email protected].

4.4 Player-Requested Closure

Players may request permanent Account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bdbt will process any outstanding withdrawal of available Balance (subject to KYC requirements) and deactivate the Account within five business days.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdbt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and selected Bangladeshi commercial banks including Sonali Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits and daily/monthly limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. bdbt reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad or Rocket are credited to your Account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours. bdbt is not responsible for delays attributable to your payment provider's systems or network conditions.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing and KYC

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified Accounts receive withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within 30 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three banking hours. bdbt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of ৳50,000 or above, which may extend processing time.

5.5 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your bdbt Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. bdbt may request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bdbt are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bonuses in addition to any offer-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution schedules are published in each offer's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bdbt monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, coordinated abuse across multiple Accounts, and withdrawal requests made before the spirit of a promotional offer has been fulfilled. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdbt reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the Account concerned.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the timeframe specified in the offer terms will automatically expire. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.5 Promotional Amendments

bdbt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via email or platform notification where reasonably practicable.

7.1 Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on the bdbt Platform is governed by its own set of Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface or market description. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Game Rules for a specific game, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable Game Rules and bdbt's internal settlement policies. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, bdbt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Settlement decisions made by bdbt in good faith are final.

7.3 Cancellation of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bdbt system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Cancellations may only be made by bdbt in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, game malfunction, or discovery of a manifest error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits per bet, per session, and per calendar month apply on the bdbt Platform and are detailed within each game's rules. Where a potential payout exceeds the applicable maximum win limit, the payout will be capped at the limit and the excess will not be paid. bdbt will notify the Player of the applied cap at the time of settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdbt Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance forfeited where legally permissible, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the bdbt Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems. Any bugs discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately and must not be exploited.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other criminal activity.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to operate your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bdbt staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit through your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the Platform.

All content on the bdbt Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of bdbt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdbt Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks.

Any unauthorised use of bdbt's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. bdbt reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

bdbt collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

bdbt implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Personal and financial data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil bdbt's legal obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bdbt. To exercise these rights, please contact [email protected]. bdbt will respond to data requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdbt's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits or expected winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill or reputation; or any losses arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or events beyond bdbt's reasonable control including acts of God, network outages, governmental actions, or payment provider failures.

bdbt does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.

bdbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its duty of care to all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via the Account dashboard without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bdbt Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bdbt Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and may be made permanent upon request. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and administrative updates that do not alter Players' substantive rights — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current version in force.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bdbt operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including disputes relating to the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement, shall in the first instance be referred to bdbt's customer support team at [email protected] for attempted resolution.

bdbt will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with bdbt's dispute resolution procedures, as published on the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
